Organizational Standards
The InterSleuths Code of Conduct establishes the standards by which all members are expected to behave while representing the Organization throughout the ‘verse.
These articles are intended to protect fair play, preserve trust, and ensure that our operations remain honorable, lawful, and respectful of the wider Star Citizen community.
Article I: Core Conduct
- All members shall treat fellow Citizens, both within and outside the Organization, with respect.
- Harassment, griefing, intentional exploitation, and item or currency duplication will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
- This Code applies to any conduct that directly or indirectly prevents other players from enjoying the game as intended.
- Activities considered illegal within the game world, including the transportation of contraband or drugs, are permitted provided they do not involve griefing or interfere unfairly with another player’s experience.
- This Code is not intended to restrict player-versus-environment activities that do not negatively affect other players.
Article II: Zero Tolerance for Piracy
- Piracy, raiding, or theft targeting law-abiding Citizens is strictly prohibited.
- Members shall not knowingly associate with pirate factions, harbor intentional criminals, or participate in black-market operations that victimize other players.
- Drug-running and other activities considered illegal within the game are acceptable when pursued within ordinary gameplay and without griefing, harassment, or deliberately preventing others from playing.
Article III: Fair Engagement
- Exploiting in-game bugs, glitches, or unintended mechanics for personal or organizational gain is strictly forbidden.
- Combat engagements must be conducted honorably. Spawn camping, pad ramming, and similar abusive practices are not acceptable.
- Cloud Imperium Games’ Terms of Service must be followed at all times.
Article IV: Unity in Representation
- Members represent the InterSleuths Organization whenever operating under its name. Their conduct must reflect our values, particularly within public communications, global channels, and interactions with other organizations.
Article V: Loyalty and Lawfulness
- The Organization operates in support of UEE law and lawful operations throughout the Stanton system and beyond.
- Members who intend to pursue temporary or long-term criminal paths must disclose those intentions through the appropriate chain of command. Failure to do so may result in disciplinary action or dismissal.
Article VI: Transparency and Trust
- Cheating, unauthorized third-party tools, and external manipulation of game systems are strictly forbidden.
- Trust, honesty, and openness are fundamental to the Organization. Violations of that trust undermine both the crew and the mission.
